The Program Document is for the pool of employees that are not regulated by DOT regulations (latest revision April 15, 2008).
The DOT Addendum II is a separate program to properly follow the federal regulations for DOT Regulated Drivers (latest revision August 14, 2008).

Alaska Collection Sites is the current network of facilities for participating employers to send employees for the drug and alcohol tests. Employers needing special collection arrangements (jobsite or more remote locations) should contact WorkSafe directly for more information.
